General Information
Description of ServicePopulation Served: Family members of mentally ill adults (mentally ill member must be 18 or over) residing in Middlesex County.
Referral Source: Any source, families or individuals seeking service can refer themselves; referrals are also accepted from outpatient or inpatient providers and other social service agencies.
Funding Source: New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS)
Number Served: 150 new families per year, with a total of 250 families receiving various services per year.
Service Provided: Family support, advocacy and education, multi-family groups, educational conferences, referral and linkage.
Length of Service: Depends on individual case needs and preferences.
