General Information
Description of ProgramThis partial care program assists adults who have a severe and persistent mental illness with developing the skills necessary to live, learn, and work in the community. The program is open six days a week offering skill building, educational, and socialization groups to assist participants in the recovery process. Other services provided include:

A psychiatrist and clinical nurse specialist on site provide psychiatric services for all program participants.
Individual therapy is also available to participants on an as needed basis.
Program staff provides care coordination for all program participants.
Providence House strongly believes in reaching out to family and significant others to provide illness and recovery education.
Nutritional needs are met by providing snacks and lunch during program hours.
Transportation is provided for most area towns to and from program.
