    In-Home ServicesThe Homebound Program provides assistance to persons who are homebound due to age or illness. The goal is to prevent institutionalization. Services are geared toward improving the quality of life and independent living within the heritage characteristics of a Latino culture. Services include but are not limited to: Case Management, Counseling, Referral, Translations, Interpreters, Recreational Activities, and Social Events.     Latino Outreachprovide wide ranging, accessible and confidential support for Latino individuals and families with mental illness who reside in Essex County. A Bilingual Clinician provides individual, family and supportive phone consultations as well as psycho-educational workshops and support groups throughout the county.     Workforce Learning LinkThe Workforce Learning Link Program is a fifteen-week program that provides English proficient students with technology-based training focusing on expanding workplace readiness skills. This program was created in partnership with New Jersey Department of Labor (DOL) and NJN Public Television to deliver a workforce training program and services directly to welfare registrants, dislocated workers, and other job seekers, using digital television technology, the internet and print materials.
