General Information
Description of ServiceThe MRSS provides a crisis response 24 hours per day, seven days per week in Morris and Sussex Counties. The service provides in-home, face-to-face contact with a trained mobile response worker within one hour, or within 24 hours, based on the family's availability. The program also provides service linkage and case management coordination for up to eight weeks.

Criteria for referral:
1. Child/youth is between the ages of 5 and 17 (or 18 and 2. if the youth is actively involved with Child Welfare, Child Behavioral Health or Juvenile Justice at the time of his/her 18th birthday).
3. The child/youth must be in an active state of crisis or destabilization and behavior is putting them at risk of losing their present living arrangement.
