Description of ServiceThe Outreach, Home-Visiting and Advocacy/Community Care Program is a community-based, family oriented, specialized outpatient mental health service for twenty five seriously emotionally disturbed Passaic County youths (and their families). The primary target is children who are returning home from a psychiatric hospitalization, although at-risk children can be referred by Youth Case Management, DYFS, residential facilities, etc. The Program has been in operation continuously since 1982.
