Description of ServiceCARRI - Home Based Services for Middlesex and Somerset County Families Referred by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P)

Eligibility

Must be referred by Middlesex or Somerset County DCP&P
Families with young children who would benefit from parenting education and supportive counseling
Must be parent or guardian of at least one child age 0-4 at time of referral

Services Provided

Parenting education and developmental guidance
Home visits
Supportive Counseling
Case Management to insure access to needed medical, social and mental health services
