Description of ServiceProvides home and community based services to individuals diagnosed with AIDS and needing nursing home care who choose to remain in the community. Services available to eligible individuals may include: private duty nursing, a personal care assistant, DYFS supervision, treatment homes, medical day care, hospice services, drug and narcotics abuse home treatment, and medical transportation.
