Description of ServiceAfter School Program: Latino Youth Empowerment Against Substance Abuse (LYEASA) This is a bilingual/bicultural after-school and substance abuse prevention and education program that seeks to proactively address family management, providing age-appropriate substance abuse prevention and education, academic tutoring and cultural enrichment and development for Latino children ages 6-13 years old.
