|Description of Program||The Outpatient Branch of the Community YMCA Family Services offers treatment for issues related to mental health and /or substance abuse and does not discriminate against any individual for reasons of financial inability to pay for services, race, creed, color, socio-economic background, age, gender, etc. Fees for outpatient services are based on a sliding scale.
We serve those individuals in need of mental health care and / or directly affected by / or alcohol, drugs and/or other substances, as well as family members and other loved ones. Each person, who seeks the services from this agency, is screened for initial eligibility. Age restrictions apply to children under 3. Medication monitoring is not offered to anyone who is not simultaneously receiving counseling services at this agency.
Participants must be willing to adhere to the required policies of this program, including random urine screening at the discretion of the Primary Counselor.
All of our clients are referred to us through DYFS. If you are in need of services through our Outreach Office in Neptune, please contact your DYFS worker.
